Community Health Highlights

We are committed to using our resources, reach, and partnerships with other organizations to help build healthier and more equitable communities.

Icon of house

Kaiser Permanente addressed housing and homelessness on many levels in the communities we serve. We expedited affordable housing development; advanced policies that prioritized vulnerable populations; and expanded access to shelters and permanent, supportive housing.

Icon of hands shaking

In partnership with many community agencies across Sonoma County, we supported case management to connect those most impacted by the North Bay fires with financial, legal, housing, and mental health services.

Icon of arms holding each other

Kaiser Permanente provided grant support to community-based organizations and the City of Santa Rosa to engage communities of color to ensure equitable access to community resources, transportation, housing, environmentally safe land use, and a just post-fire recovery.
