Community Health Highlights

We are committed to using our resources, reach, and partnerships with other organizations to help build healthier and more equitable communities.

Kaiser Permanente awarded $685,000 in grants to San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties to provide food assistance to people in need and to encourage people to use local parks to exercise.

We awarded $425,000 in grants to support basic services for homeless individuals including shelter, showers, laundry, and increased access to case management support.

Recognizing the profound impact the pandemic has had on the mental health of our communities, Kaiser Permanente awarded more than $520,000 to support mental health services and increase access to trauma and resilience support and training for San Joaquin County schools.
