Community Health Highlights

We are committed to using our resources, reach, and partnerships with other organizations to help build healthier and more equitable communities.

Kaiser Permanente awarded grant funding to Contra Costa Health Services to train 10 to 12 Latinx and Black youth and young adult ambassadors to conduct outreach and make referrals to county Federally Qualified Health Center clinics for COVID-19 testing.
